I wanted to do this upgrade since sometime, finally did it :)

Removed
Adobe Flash Professional CS4
Adobe Illustrator CS4
Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 2.3

Installed
Adobe Flash Professional CS5
Adobe Illustrator CS5
Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 3.2

Had to restart my PC couple of times, i hate restarting my PC :(
